Alex Bueno (b. Sept. 6, 1963) is a singer and guitarist from the Dominican Republic, specializing in merengue and bachata music. In 1982, Alex Bueno formed a tropical act called Orquesta Liberación, singing along with Andrés de Jesus. After issuing 1993's Ternura, the successful album Me Equivoque was recorded and produced in 1995 by Jaime Querol and Manuel Tejada. Following 1999's Corazón Duro and Bachata A Su Tiempo, Alex Bueno returned in 2001 with Unicamente Tú, the title was based on a popular song composed by Felipe Pirela.
