Tim Maia (September 28, 1942 – March 15, 1998), born Sebastião Rodrigues Maia in Rio de Janeiro, was a worldwide famous Brazilian musician known for his iconoclastic, ironic, outspoken, and polemical (but always humorous) musical style.
